Xiaomi unveiled the handset at a launch event earlier today in Beijing and it boasts a full metal unibody and rounded edges.As the name suggests, the Mi Max 2 does things big, packing a 6.44-inch display and a whopping 5,300 mAh battery (with USB Type-C connectivity). Along with the standard variant, Xiaomi also announced a ceramic edition of the device, but was forced to delay the launch due to various supply constraints surrounding the materials used.It seems everything has been solved as the company has announced the Ceramic Edition will officially go on sale tomorrow for CNY 2,999 (~$435).
